CURRENT OPPORTUNITY:  Residential Service Technician 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Seeking long term employee who is above average HVAC Residential Service Technician with a minimum of 2 years of residential service experience
  • Experience with troubleshooting and repair on gas, electric heaters, and heatpump systems
  • Experience with Trane systems is a plus as we are a high end Trane dealer
  • Experience with the Nexia platform and smart home thermostats
  • Must be neatly groomed, have no visible tattoos, and have great customer service skills
  • Must have ability to read and interpret manuals and schematics
  • Must arrive and work independently in a timely manner
  • Must have a complete understanding of the refrigeration cycle, superheat, and subcooling
  • Required to be E.P.A and T.D.L.R. registered and have a current Texas driver license and social security card
  • Technicians are required to supply their own tools (company will provide recovery machine) and be physically able to climb ladders and lift/pull 60lbs
  • Be able to offer and sell maintenance agreements
  • Go above and beyond to always please the customer
  • On call 1 week every 8 - 9 weeks
